I heard "What I Am" by Edie Brickell and New Bohemians the other day it definitely brought me back to the early 90s. Edie reunited with New Bohemians just recently, and together they produced and released an album that came out a couple weeks ago. It is their first album in 16 years, and it is called Stranger Things. I got a chance to listen to the advance cd at my work at Fontana and it's got a lot of energy with Edie's awesome vocals. Also, the group had a show in NYC July 28th...

The last CD i bought was "freedom" by Kristy Frank. She has this rockin' voice with really good lyrics. She just so happens to be 16 and has over 100 performances to her name. I know she is a pop princess, but she is really good. This girl was even on Broaday in the musical "gypsy" check her out.
